I recently completed hypnotherapy with Deborah for emetophobia. I had been going to Deborah for Reiki for years and thoroughly enjoyed each session and learned a lot about myself. During this time, Deborah helped me to understand how beneficial hypnotherapy can be for phobias. Deborah clearly explained the process to me to ensure I was comfortable with the process and I then committed with excitement to overcoming my phobia. The hypnosis felt very comfortable and calming yet I felt fully aware of where I was at all times, just in a heightened state of relaxation. We discussed my ideal outcomes of how I’d like my approach to life to look at the end of the process. We did sessions of hypnotherapy also of psychoanalysis where Deborah assisted me to find the root of the phobia so that it could be processed and cleared. Throughout the weeks, I also listened to Deborah’s hypnosis recording each night when sleeping and noticed positive changes happening gradually. I also noted any obstacles or challenges that came up during the week so that we could continue to work on those challenges. One of my favourite parts of each session was the check-in at the start where we discussed how my week had gone and what had come up in my life in connection to the fear. Deborah has always been so supportive and has fully tailored each session to what suited me for how I was feeling each week. Rather than waking up one day noticing the phobia magically gone, it has been a positive gradual process, where I instead have noticed that I feel calm and relaxed in situations where I would have previously felt anxious or triggered. It is all of those tiny positive changes that have added up to help me realise how well hypnotherapy has worked for the phobia I USED to have! Another positive outcome of the work we’ve done together is that it helped me to also calm anxieties I subconsciously held in other areas of my life which initially were not specifically connected to the phobia but ended up also being improved on as part of the overall process. We then did a closing session to finalise the process which was so relaxing and also felt so freeing. I am excited to now move on with my life without the phobia. I have learned so much about myself and about the way the mind works during this process and couldn’t recommend it more.

Had my first Reiki experience with Deborah yesterday and it was amazing. So relaxing and also informative and fascinating at the same time! A gorgeous room, it was so calming, I’ll definitely be back thank you!

This came at just the right time for me. The 2hour astrology session with Deborah is one of the most insightful and helpful things I have done for myself, and I’ve done a lot of different courses on personality insights myers briggs, numerology, etc etc. nothing was as personal and as useful as this. Deborah’s presentation style is excellent, she listens as well as delivers so the conversation is engaging and personal. I’ve reviewed the conversation many times, getting different insights each time and taking nuggets of advice to help me navigate changes in my life and career. So glad to have done this session!

Had the most amazing Reiki and Astrology session with Deborah. She is super at what she does and really worked with what I needed for the session. She is so knowledgeable and her intuitive approach was so on point. I felt as light as a feather after my session with her. Not only is she great at what she does, she is a lovely person! Deborah is a true healer and one I would highly to anyone in need of some healing.

Really enjoyed my Astrology session with Deborah yesterday. So much information and on point from past experiences that have influenced my life. Great to know what is lacking and how to get the balance back in. Amazing that the time you were born has such an influence on you and once you understand that you can move forward. I found Deborah J at the perfect time for me to get guidance in my life to accept all parts of myself. The astrology session has made a massive difference in my understanding of myself, my behaviour and the choices I have made in my life. I understand me, so much more now. Having the recording of the session is a great reference which I can go back to again and again. I found the booklet and the daily checkin for the 7days of crisis to calm very useful. Working as part of a group helped me with accountability to keep on track for the week.

I have just completed the 7 day crisis to calm course with Deborah, it was my first time working with Deborah and I found her extremely supportive and encouraging. I went into the course feeling grand, nothing in particular I wanted to work out or work with, but within a day or two all sorts of feelings and past experiences came up and the challenge really helped me to move through them. Deborah was so helpful during the course and checked in daily with her experiences too, which really helped and I felt like OK cool I'm not the only one who feels like this. By the end of the week I felt alot more grounded, calm and in my body and realised that how I look after myself really is very important and necessary. Also loved that the other ladies in the group where sharing their experiences too so it felt like we were all experiencing the same thing even if they came up for us in different ways. I would highly recommend Deborah and her wondering offerings and I'm super looking forward to her in person new moon classes which I signed up for straight away 😊😍🌕 Thanks Deborah 💕💕

I just had my first birth chart reading ever today with Deborah, and it was amazing! She is very good at explaining things in ways that are easy to understand and digest. Now I have a better perspective on my strengths, and areas that I need to improve and be cautious of. Lots of synchronicities popped up too, which was very validating to moments I've already experienced in life. The two hours we spent going over everything felt like a perfect amount of time. I hope to work with her again someday and I highly recommend!
