This is a guided, collaborative process.

- Energy work (to regulate, clear, ground and rebalance)
- Psychological astrology (to map personality, patterns, strengths, weaknesses and timing)
- Life skills & integration work (so insight becomes real change)
- Hypnotherapy (where helpful or applicable, to access deeper layers)
A Note on Astrology (without the fluff)
This is not predictive.
This is not about “what’s going to happen.”
This is psychological mapping.
A way of seeing:
- how you’re wired
- your natural tendencies
- your blind spots
- your cycles and timing
It gives language and structure to things you’ve often felt but couldn’t fully explain.
And that clarity changes how you move.
