As an intrepid explorer of the mind, body and soul, I have traveled the world. I have spent many years researching, reading, learning and studying various alternative concepts and therapies; from Hypnotherapy/ Psychotherapy, Reiki, Meditation, Acupressure, Reflexology, Herbal Medicine, Master-plants, Sound Therapy, and more.
I have lived with Shamans in the Amazon. I have worked with Masterplants such as Ayahuasca, San Pedro, and various others. In the search for my own purpose and freedom, I have traveled the globe and discovered that we are all on the same journey. Many of us are simply in search of the path that brings us home to ourselves! Everyone is just having different experiences. Often all we need is a little compassion, change in perspective and the right tools to understand ourselves.
