Hi, I’m Deborah J,

Intrepid explorer of the mind, body and soul!

I help women to discover their inner wisdom using my Soul Navigation System which combines Astrology, Practical Tools and Intuitive Guidance.

My Clients find clarity meaning and purpose through my process because I use Natures maps to understand the language of our Soul.

I do this in three ways…

A 30 min Intro Session where we uncover the secrets of your Birth Chart,

A 2Hr Deep Dive where we interpret your Birth Chart and understand the practical tools and guidance needed for you to navigate life with ease and

A 6 Week Immersive where we work to integrate all these tools, together.

My Background….

As a naturally curious and creative person, as a writer, artist, explorer and lover of nature, I have a passion for self-healing and all things mind, body and soul. Through the years I have accumulated many strings to my bow and I am hungry for wisdom and knowledge.

As a kid I was always happiest when playing in the trees, watching the stars, doodling or writing. I was a contemplative little thing and from a very early age I was also aware of the big questions in life;

‘Who are we really? Who is it asking these questions? Where does that part of me exist? What is my purpose in this life and why are we all here?’.

Through the years this had led me on a journey of self-discovery; both escaping and searching for myself amidst the chaos of the world, losing and finding my self over and over, searching for a way back home; to find peace within myself, discovering the inevitable ‘Aha’ moments which act as a compass, our true north, to guide us on our path.

Having practiced and used energy healing all my life I went on and studied Reiki. I also grew up around alternative therapies and Hypnotherapy/ Psychotherapy, which was my Dads Profession, so it was inevitable I would go on to study an introduction to Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy, here in Ireland also.

After experiencing some pretty Hollywood style traumatic events I decided to go travel the world and serendipitously continued studying various other self healing modalities in the various countries I visited.

I have studied Acupressure in Australia, Reflexology in Indonesia, Ayurvedic Herbology and Meditation in India, as well as completing an Internship in Master Plants and Ethnobotany in Colombia and an Apprenticeship in Herbal Medicine in Scotland.

While traveling I also spent time living with Shamans, of the Amazon in Peru & Colombia, working with master-plants such as Ayahuasca, Wachuma, Rapé, Sananga and more. These incredibly life changing experiences offered me a myriad of experiences with different cultures, traditions and belief systems.

I believe we inherit a wisdom, passed on to us through the generations from all those who have gone before, which holds the key to our mental, physical and spiritual freedom. This wisdom is our birthright and a type of survival manual, a ‘Users guide to Being’, which we only learn through experiencing the up’s and down’s of life. Now more than ever human connection is so incredibly important for our survival; connection to ourselves, to each other, to nature and to our community. Wisdom survives through this connection of being, a sharing of lives and memories, of life’s lessons and learning’s, and only by connecting with others can we leave a true legacy…. of love, compassion and creative expression.

Studying various natural, holistic, plant and body therapies throughout various countries in the world has shown me the value and importance of wisdom. These crafts and traditions have been passed on, and survived, through the ages. Some of these traditional ways of healing have been slowly lost, others have survived, however it is only by our taking the time to connect with our elders, to connect with each other, to learn from one another, that we can truly heal ourselves and pass forward the tools for this healing to the generations to come.

Follow your true north, your inner compass!

My journey of self-discovery, expression, and the search for true wisdom, is never ending. The process is by no means, what we might perceive to be, ‘Perfect’ and quite honestly it can feel like a downright struggle sometimes. However, learning to have compassion for myself, trust in what’s meant for me won’t pass me by, acceptance of the changing narratives of my life and being aware that ‘I AM, right now, as I have created’, is a daily practice in itself!

The wisdom I wish to share here, is that of my own life journey, my struggles and triumphs, my light and dark days, my challenges and victories, the random nuggets of information that I have learned and which I hope may help others on their own journey.

In this I wish to show ‘That which is real never changes, and that which changes is never real’. Life is a daily practice, not a daily perfect!

I look forward to connecting with you,

Deborah J xxx
